You decided to get a custom hair piece made for yourself – and it is a very simple process to follow online. All you need is a measuring tape. If you do not find the type/size of hair system that you are looking for please get in touch, we can design any piece – online you only find the most popular sizes/pieces.
The hair piece will not be cut to your required style because this is only possible to do when it is attached, the hair will be long enough so you can get your desired look styled by your hairdresser. You will need a double sided tape & a glue to attach these hair systems.
Please give us as much information as possible, we also recommend sending us a picture to either [email protected] or simply press the WhatsApp button and send it on there. Alternatively you can also send us a sample of you hair colour to: Berenice London, 4 Squirrel Mews, London, W13 0RN, UK.
We will use the best quality hair for your order and we will confirm with you by email what materials we chose and what hair. Custom pieces production time is between 4-6 weeks, but we can get delays around national holiday or for any unforeseen circumstances.

This is the best way to see the quality of our hair before you order a bigger quantity. Please let us know what exactly are you looking for (wefts, bulk, bonded hair, tapes etc). Also let us know what hair type would you like to see so we can get as close to your request as possible. You will receive between 10-20 grams of hair. The samples will often be short hair (up to 6" in length).
